Commit to you.

Therapy is an investment in yourself. Regular appointments allow us to work toward lasting relief and long-term benefits for you and your loved ones.

Consistency in treatment is key in making change happen.

Cancellation policy & commitment to consistency

We’re about to begin an important journey together! Consistency will be key to the progress we make. That’s why it’s essential for you to understand and agree to this policy before scheduling regular appointments. Most clients choose to commit to weekly sessions. Once we set a regular weekly appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you and becomes your financial responsibility. If you’re unable to attend or decide not to, the full session fee will still apply.

This policy helps ensure the continuity and commitment needed for work together.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice. If our schedules align, and we are able to reschedule within the same week, you will not be charged for a cancellation that is less than 24 hours. I will make every effort to find a time to meet that works with both our schedules, but this is not a guarantee. If you are unable to reschedule within the same week, you will be charged the full session fee. All clients are required to keep a credit card on file to be used for outstanding balances and missed appointment session fees.

However, I understand things happen in life, we get sick, we get caught up in life and forget even our regular appointments sometimes. This is why I do offer one free late cancellation every 6 months, two per calendar year. You will not be required to pay for this session. Also, if I must cancel our appointment, I will do my best to notify you as soon as I am able, and you will not be charged for the session. When I am taking time off for vacations or holidays I will also let you know ahead of time.
